Yoga Alliance Certification (200 hours), daily pranayama, meditation, and intensive asana practice, anatomy and physiology instruction, philosophy and yoga history, teaching methodology and practice, weekly reviews and supportive exams, breakfast and lunch meals.

The training takes place at United Colors of Bali in Canggu, Bali, Indonesia. If you don't choose on-site accommodation, there are many nearby options for accommodations and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby.

A $500 deposit (refundable within 24 hours) is required to secure your spot. Full payment is due 90 days before the training start date. No refund or credit will be given for cancellation starting 90 days before the start date.

Vivienne Zeng (Founder and lead teacher, known for strength, mindfulness, and deep technical precision), Akshay Bhat (from India, teaches classical Hatha, philosophy, pranayama, meditation), and Dr. Menik Suyani (medical doctor and certified yoga teacher specializing in anatomy and prenatal yoga).

Yes! Morning intensives (7-9am asana, pranayama, meditation) are available: Single class $25, 5-class pass $112, 10-class pass $192, 18-day package $338.
